DOJ Deepens Split With FTC In Qualcomm Antitrust Appeal

Law360 (September 6, 2019, 8:21 PM EDT) -- With a sweeping injunction covering Qualcomm’s licensing practices paused largely due to national security concerns, the U.S. Department of Justice is backing the chipmaker’s Ninth Circuit appeal on antitrust grounds in a rare move that furthers a divide between the agency and the Federal Trade Commission.
