Apple Adds False Ad Claim In Amazon 'Appstore' IP Fight

Law360, Chicago (November 17, 2011, 1:01 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. added a false advertising claim Wednesday to its trademark infringement and unfair competition suit alleging Inc.'s use of the term "Appstore" to describe its Android smartphone service deceives consumers into likening it to Apple's service.
