Jordan's Nike Deal To Be Turned Over In Publicity Rights Trial

By Jessica Corso (August 3, 2015, 7:35 PM EDT) -- Nike Inc. will have to produce an unredacted copy of its endorsement deal with basketball superstar Michael Jordan for attorneys working with Dominick's Finer Foods LLC to fight a $10 million publicity rights claim, with an Illinois federal judge warning Dominick's attorneys Monday that they had a week to decide which portions of the sensitive document to introduce at trial.
