Chrysler, Auto Parts Co. Want Quick Wins In ‘Scat Pack’ Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2017, 3:33 PM EST) -- Chrysler on Tuesday asked a California federal judge for summary judgment that it didn’t infringe an auto parts supplier’s trademark by using the term “Scat Pack” for parts and accessories, and the supplier separately asked the court to rule against counterclaims that it abandoned the trademark.
