Kraft Asks Court To Move Fast On IP Row With Aussie Co.

Law360, New York (November 13, 2017, 9:39 PM EST) -- Kraft Foods urged a New York federal court Friday to expedite its decision on whether an Australian dairy company should mediate or arbitrate a dispute involving its alleged misuse of Kraft's special peanut butter jar design, saying the dairy company should not be permitted to run out the clock any longer.
