Shkreli Called A 'Con Man' As Fraud Case Heads To Jury

Law360, New York (July 28, 2017, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A prosecutor on Friday made the government's final pitch to the jury weighing the fate of "pharma bro" Martin Shkreli over securities fraud and conspiracy charges, saying that the former CEO of Retrophin Inc. and Turing Pharmaceuticals is nothing but a con man.
