National Collegiate Athletic Association[1] paves the way for sports betting to become lawful in many jurisdictions. The Supreme Court held in Murphy that it violated the anti-commandeering rule for Congress to prohibit states from authorizing sports gambling, and that the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act was unconstitutional because it regulated sports gambling in this way.[2]...
