Deals Rumor Mill: Bushnell, ING, CVC Capital

The sale would come as multiple private equity firms have backed off their weapons assets after backlash stemming from the December shooting at a Newtown, Conn., elementary school that killed 26 people. Sources said MidOcean Partners was not bowing to that pressure in deciding to shop Bushnell, though its move falls in line with rivals' sales pushes....
