Law360 (April 2, 2019, 8:18 PM EDT) -- House Democrats on Tuesday laughed off President Donald Trump's proposed cuts to the U.S Environmental Protection Agency's budget and spent their time with EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler grilling him on issues like climate change and proposed changes to mercury and automobile air emissions regulations.
