3rd Circ. Axes Appeal In NJ County Atty Malpractice Complaint

Law360, Los Angeles (May 24, 2016, 6:06 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday dismissed State National Insurance Co.'s appeal of a New Jersey federal court's refusal to revive its legal malpractice claims against Camden County’s attorney in a suit over whether the insurer had to cover a jury’s $19 million award against the county, finding that the appeal was untimely.
