American Realty Ex-CFO Seeks To Nix REIT Fraud Conviction

Law360 (March 8, 2018, 4:25 PM EST) -- The former chief financial officer of American Realty Capital Properties Inc. urged the Second Circuit on Wednesday to reverse his fraud conviction, saying prosecutors had not proved he made false statements when reporting a financial metric unique to real estate investment trusts.
