Huron Lambasts FCA Claims Over $50M St. Vincent's Bill

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2012, 8:44 PM EDT) -- Huron Consulting Group on Monday asked a federal judge to dismiss a False Claims Act suit alleging it overbilled Medicare and Medicaid by $50 million while running St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers into the ground, saying undisputed facts show it never violated federal law.
