Accountant To Figure Out Alstom, GE Rail Spat, Judge Rules

Law360, New York (January 10, 2017, 6:02 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge ruled Tuesday that an accounting firm will be in charge of resolving a price adjustment dispute related to Alstom SA’s $800 million purchase of General Electric Co.’s rail signaling business, shooting down GE's bid to send the matter to arbitration.
