Law360, New York (November 18, 2015, 5:03 PM EST) -- By providing their phone numbers voluntarily, two California consumers gave Microsoft express consent to text them about company promotions and thus cannot sue for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, a California judge found Tuesday, dismissing their proposed class action.
