Deals Rumor Mill: Terex, Trelleborg, Iliad

By Benjamin Horney (January 26, 2016, 6:42 PM EST) -- Connecticut-based Terex Corp., which over the summer agreed to merge with Finnish peer Konecranes PLC, has received a takeover offer from China's Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Bloomberg reported on Tuesday. According to the report, Terex rejected the offer and is still focused on completing its deal with Konecranes, which would create a global lifting and material handling company with an annual revenue of $10 billion. It's currently not known if the Chinese company will relent or continue to push for a deal, the report noted....
