Boston Scientific Begins 2nd Mesh Bellwether Trial In Mass.

Law360, New York (August 14, 2014, 8:54 PM EDT) -- The second bellwether trial involving Boston Scientific's transvaginal mesh products began Thursday in Massachusetts state court, with new firms at the plaintiffs' counsel table squaring off against the company after its victory in the first Massachusetts mesh trial in July.

Plaintiff Maria Cardenas is represented by an entirely different legal team than Boston Scientific faced a month ago.
