Lumber Liquidators Faces Injunction Bid Over DIY Tests

Law360, New York (April 14, 2015, 8:11 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a class action accusing Lumber Liquidators Inc. of selling imported flooring contaminated with excessive formaldehyde have asked a California federal judge for an injunction barring the company from pushing “unreliable” do-it-yourself testing kits they said could give consumers a false sense of security.
