Village Arts District in Fort Lauderdale. It leads to tourists photographing it and advertisements seeking to incorporate it. In many instances, the graffiti is on property owned by people who might not have ever wanted it there. Ironically, that graffiti may lend character to the neighborhood and the property and increase the value of it. When profit is realized, what are the rights with respect to the graffiti on those properties?
