7th Circ. Affirms $413M Judgment In Business Park RICO Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 4, 2014, 10:15 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit ruled Tuesday that an Illinois federal judge didn't abuse her discretion by ordering a $413 million default judgment against shareholders alleged to have broken federal racketeering laws by looting a business park in Poland to build subdivisions in Chicago.
