Home Depot Says Data Breach MDL Plaintiffs Lack Standing

Law360, Los Angeles (June 1, 2015, 8:50 PM EDT) -- Home Depot Inc. urged a Georgia federal judge to toss multidistrict litigation accusing the retailer of exposing up to 56 million credit and debit card numbers of its customers, saying they have not alleged any claims of financial damage that can be linked to the 2014 data breach.
