Apple Store Employees Renew Cert. Bid In Bag-Check Suit

Law360, San Francisco (July 2, 2015, 6:13 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. retail employees who claim they weren't paid for time spent undergoing required bag and technology checks renewed their bid for class certification in California federal court Thursday, arguing that the fact that they were all subject to Apple's inspection policy creates a common question.
