Columbia Hit With Latest Outlet Store Pricing Class Action

Law360, New York (October 2, 2015, 3:29 PM EDT) -- Columbia Sportswear Co. on Friday became the latest retailer to be sued over “phantom” discounts in its outlet stores when it was hit with a proposed class action in California federal court alleging it advertised mark downs from original prices that never existed.
