Law360, Boston (April 13, 2018, 8:14 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania-based law firm that specializes in employee stock ownership plan transactions was hit with a legal malpractice suit in Massachusetts federal court Friday by Boston-based cleaning and maintenance companies that claim the botched ESOP transaction cost the companies' owner a bundle.
