Virtus, Investors Get Initial OK On $22M Securities Deal

Law360 (June 28, 2018, 10:14 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in New York endorsed shareholders’ $22 million settlement with Virtus Investment Partners Inc. and some of its current and former executives on Thursday over allegations the firm misled investors about the track record of one of its flagship funds.
