Google Board Sued By Pension Fund Over Online Drug Sales

Law360, Wilmington (July 17, 2012, 6:46 PM EDT) -- Armed with information obtained in a books and records demand, a pension fund has targeted Google Inc.'s directors in a derivative suit over the illegal sale of prescription drugs allegedly facilitated by the Internet giant's advertising platform, according to a complaint unsealed Monday.
