Whole Foods Investor Sues To Block Amazon Merger

Law360, New York (July 13, 2017, 10:57 PM EDT) -- A Whole Foods Market Inc. investor filed a class action in Texas federal court Thursday seeking to halt the organic grocer’s proposed merger with Amazon.com Inc., alleging the company's filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission omitted key information pertinent to stockholders.
