Investors Fight Embraer's Bid To Toss Securities Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (August 11, 2017, 8:25 PM EDT) -- The investors accusing Embraer SA of hiding a “rampant” bribery scheme from them have asked a New York federal court to deny the Brazilian aircraft manufacturer’s bid to toss their proposed class action, saying the facts that the scheme existed and that the company didn’t disclose it for several years aren’t in dispute.
