JPMorgan Inks $75M Settlement Over Fund Performance

Law360, New York (November 6, 2017, 4:11 PM EST) -- A class of investors who sued JPMorgan Chase & Co. over the performance of several stable value funds that held mortgage-backed securities during the financial crisis told a federal judge in Manhattan on Friday that they’ve reached a $75 million settlement with the bank.
