High Court Won't Hear Madden NFL 1st Amendment Case

Law360, New York (March 21, 2016, 10:14 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to consider whether Electronic Arts Inc. has a First Amendment right to use the likenesses of retired players in its Madden NFL video games.
