8th Circ. Vacates Remand Of Class Action Over Rams Move

Law360, New York (July 19, 2016, 3:30 PM EDT) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday sided with the soon-to-be Los Angeles Rams in vacating a district court ruling to remand a class action by disgruntled fans over the team's move from St. Louis back to Missouri state court, finding that the court did not consider evidence the Rams presented after moving the case to federal court.
