NASCAR Driver Sues NC Stadium Over Post-Concert Assault

Pavilion Partners, Live Nation Entertainment Inc., Live Nation Worldwide Inc. and Legends Hospitality LLC failed to adequately ensure the safety of Wallace, his wife Carla, and their daughter and son-in-law Lindsey and Thomas Van Wingerden, according to documents removed Friday to North Carolina federal court from Mecklenburg County Superior Court....
