Law360, New York (August 3, 2017, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Maine enacted a new law on Wednesday to regulate daily fantasy sports after the governor failed to act on the bill passed by the state Legislature, becoming the 15th state to legalize the contests amid lingering questions over whether it is gambling.
