ACLU Wants Records On TSA Domestic Passenger Searches

Law360 (March 12, 2018, 6:20 PM EDT) -- The American Civil Liberties Union sued the Transportation Security Administration in California federal court on Monday to get information on its policies and procedures for searching domestic airline passengers’ electronic devices at airports, saying the agency’s troubling actions are shrouded in secrecy and trampling on travelers’ privacy.
