By Andrew McIntyre ( March 28, 2018, 3:44 PM EDT) -- Summit Commercial Real Estate Group has purchased a new medical office building in Jupiter, Florida, for $14.1 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Wednesday. The deal is for a two-story, 31,170-square-foot building at 1094 Military Trail, and the seller is an entity managed by Florida investor Joshua Smith, the journal said. The buyer received $10.6 million in financing from Bethpage Federal Credit Union, according to the report....
