By Karlee Weinmann ( November 18, 2013, 1:24 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. is closing in on a $345 million acquisition of Israeli 3-D-sensor startup PrimeSense, AllThingsD reported Monday, dialing down reports from Israel's Calcalist newspaper that the deal had already been completed. Such a transaction could help the California tech giant add new features to its line of tablet computers and its popular iPhone, as well as the long-awaited Apple television. The companies are currently hammering out the final details and could button up the transaction in the coming days....
