By Chelsea Naso ( April 21, 2014, 7:37 PM EDT) -- New York-based Pfizer Inc., the world's biggest drugmaker, held informal talks with London-based AstraZeneca Plc. about buying the maker of asthma and heart drugs, but are no longer negotiating a deal, sources told Bloomberg on Monday. Although the talks reportedly happened several months ago, news of the discussions broke over the weekend in London's Sunday Times. A tentative approach about a takeover by Pfizer valued AstraZeneca at £60 million (US$101 billion), which would have made it among the largest ever in the industry....
