Morgan Asset Management for more than $305 million — or more than triple the $100 million it purchased the building for in 2012, according to a Crain's report. Sterling has renovated the 16-story tower and brought in a number of tech-oriented tenants, including Twitter, Uber Technologies Inc. and in-flight wireless provider Gogo Inc., the report noted....
