Real Estate Rumor Mill: Midtown Equities, Samsung, Regus

By Andrew McIntyre (May 8, 2015, 7:49 PM EDT) -- East End Capital and Midtown Equities LLC have signed a deal to buy an 11-acre East River waterfront development site in Williamsburg, New York, Crain's New York Business reported. Terms of the deal are unknown, but owner Norman Brodsky told The Real Deal recently that he had hoped to get $500 million for the site, known as CitiStorage. The site at N. 11th St. is entitled for as much as 600,000 square feet of office, retail or manufacturing building, Crain's said....
