Ltd. is buying the 1.2 million-square-foot BMO Harris headquarters in Chicago for more than $315 million, Crain's Chicago Business reported Thursday, citing sources with knowledge of the deal. The seller, a venture that includes California Public Employees' Retirement System, bought the property in 2006 for $114 million, Crain's said, citing data from CoStar Group....
