Ultratech Shareholders Sue To Block $815M Veeco Merger

Law360, New York (March 20, 2017, 2:46 PM EDT) -- Ultratech Inc. investors have hit the company, which makes equipment for businesses that manufacture semiconductors, with a proposed class action in California federal court over the company’s $815 million acquisition by Veeco Instruments Inc., saying shareholders were not given enough information on the deal.
