Motorola Can't Cut IV Patent From IP Row, Fed. Circ. Says

Law360, San Francisco (March 20, 2017, 2:47 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit affirmed on Monday the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s decision to keep alive some claims in Intellectual Ventures I LLC’s data transmission patent, rejecting Motorola Mobility LLC’s bid to invalidate them for being disclosed in a previous invention.
