Claims Court Blocks 'Overbroad' Fix To $5B Army IT Deal

Law360, Nashville (July 13, 2017, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A Court of Federal Claims judge in a decision made public Thursday blocked the U.S. Army from moving forward with proposed corrective action on its $5 billion Army Desktop Mobile and Computing procurement, saying the proposal took a “blunderbuss approach” to fixing relatively minor issues.
