Developer Boris Kuzinez is planning to build a 39-unit, 1,001-foot tower at 262 Fifth Ave., and could list the 9,901-square-foot triplex penthouse at the tower for between $59 million and $75 million, The Real Deal said, citing a New York State Attorney General's office filing....
