Firms At Odds Over $22.5M In Fox News Settlement Fees

Law360 (February 7, 2018, 10:58 PM EST) -- A rare public fight has broken out among co-counsel as attorneys for Fox News shareholders traded blows over $22.5 million in proposed attorneys’ fees, their cut of a $90 million settlement to end Delaware Chancery claims triggered by the network’s workplace harassment saga.

The dispute, described as potentially without precedent in a court filing by the official co-lead counsel for the case, ratcheted up late Tuesday as non-lead firm Levi & Korsinsky LLP defended an independent motion for a $1.5 million fee award.
