AT&T Defends FCC Mobility Fund Map For Underserved Areas

Law360 (March 29, 2018, 7:40 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc. is pushing back against mounting criticism of the Federal Communication Commission’s plan to map underserved areas eligible for federal wireless subsidies, arguing a robust challenge process will sufficiently address the few true shortcomings with the preliminary map.

Once finalized the map will determine where carriers can provide new 4G LTE coverage in exchange for Mobility Fund Phase II subsidies.
