Occam Merger Plaintiff Seeks Unheard-Of $3M Award

Law360, Wilmington (January 10, 2017, 9:58 PM EST) -- The Delaware Chancery Court trial over whether Herbert Chen, lead plaintiff in the Occam Networks Inc. merger case, should get an unprecedented $3 million incentive award closed Tuesday, with Chen arguing his attorneys tried to “end run around” him and settle the underlying action early.
