Ex-NFLer Seeks Testimony Of Texans Owner In Injury Suit

Law360 (June 21, 2018, 10:06 PM EDT) -- A former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker suing the Houston Texans over a career-ending injury on the team’s pocked and scored home field wants a court to order the Texans owner and a defensive end to sit for depositions under oath.
