Texas Says 5th Circ. Shouldn't Revisit Tribal Gambling Ruling

Law360 (May 21, 2019, 5:48 PM EDT) -- The state of Texas urged the Fifth Circuit on Monday not to reconsider a ruling that the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas can't offer bingo under state law, saying the panel correctly determined that the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act does not apply to the tribe.
