Fish & Richardson Still Repping BofA In Check IP Suit

Law360, New York (August 9, 2010, 12:01 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has foiled Datatreasury Corp.'s efforts to disqualify Fish & Richardson PC from representing Bank of America Corp. in a check-image capturing and storage patent suit, ruling that a previous relationship between DataTreasury and a former Fish & Richardson attorney is not enough to boot the firm from the case.
