Halstead is said to have welcomed 15 agents to its Park Avenue offices, while CCR took in another 10 agents. The Bellmarc Group's leadership team has recently seen a schism with two partners suing co-founder Neil Binder for allegedly embezzling funds from the company, according to New York state court filings....
